Current cohorts in Ireland and the UK for Business Leaders & Board Executives and another for Technology Leaders. Each cohort will have its own closed events including, dinners, workshops, roundtables and everyone will come together once a year for the annual Leaders Yard growth summit.

The Leaders Yard community will provide opportunities to identify mentor and mentee opportunities, both formal and informal.
